There will be a few posers to tackle as we stroll on Wednesday’s two and half mile Knowle Society walk.
Are we following the towpaths of two canals or three? Is the railway we walk under as we pass through the dip between two canals going to Warwick (as one of the waterways does) or Stratford (as the other does)? Those two we might answer, we might struggle, though, to answer ‘Who was Dick?’ as we continue along Dick’s Lane.
Join us at 7pm on Wednesday – in the car park, Brome Hall Lane, Kingswood (B94 5QZ) – for a stroll full of interest and scenery. [The weather looks hopeful, but the walk will take place whatever it’s like!]
