Uses of email addresses and telephone numbers

The Society makes available to members the benefit of regular communications.

By providing a telephone number on the form you are opting-in to its use only for communicating matters of importance at short notice (for instance the late cancellation of a meeting that you were expected to attend) or for significant consultations on matters directly relevant to you (for instance to obtain your views, as a member, on a planning application directly affecting your immediate neighbourhood). You may subsequently withdraw from this service at any time and your telephone number would no longer be used for these particular purposes.

Email addresses or telephone numbers may also be used by the Membership Secretary to contact you for the purposes of membership administration.
