We are extremely lucky, those of us who live in Knowle, to have so many green spaces within and just outside the village. The walks this year will have the theme of ‘Nature in and around Knowle’. The first will set off at 7pm on Wednesday 23rd April from the Guild House and will have the benefit of a representative of the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust who will be able to point out and explain the natural history of the places we explore.
The walk will cover some 2.5 miles, including an exploration of one of Knowle’s more substantial but less visited green spaces, where the narrowboats chug past high above the path that leads alongside Purnells Brook .
Please be ready on time and wear stout boots (and rain-wear if necessary).
