Energy Bill Rebate payments now processed for 1st April direct debit payers
If you are eligible for the energy rebate and paid your Council Tax by Direct Debit on Friday 1 April 2022 your Energy Bill Rebate has now been processed. This will show in your bank account from Wednesday 20th April onwards due to Easter bank holidays.
For eligible residents due to pay Council Tax by Direct Debit on Friday 15 April 2022, the Energy Bill Rebate will be processed in the week beginning Monday 25 April 2022. Please allow 3-5 working days from this date for the money to appear in your account.If you do not pay via Direct Debit or are due to start paying by Direct Debit in May 2022 you will receive a letter shortly inviting you to apply for the Energy Bill Rebate.
