Taylor Wimpey is the first developer to stage a public exhibition as part of their consultation process for building on this land, off the Warwick Road below Stripes Hill. The consultation is planned for Tuesday 19th November at Silhillians Sports Club near the motorway junction from 2pm to 7pm.
It will also be available online at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/cuttlebrook-grange until Friday 22nd November.
The Society is very concerned that the piecemeal development of this vitally important area will result in a ‘less than ideal’ outcome especially with the lack of a proper ‘Master Plan’ for the whole of the area. It will be examining very carefully this development and the others on this site. Your comments to the developers will be vital to mitigate the risk of a less-than-satisfactory outcome.
