WILDLIFE IN MY GARDEN

Amateur local wildlife photographer, Nick Martin, has a passion for nature and the countryside and takes stunning pictures from birds to bees and butterflies to badgers. He also gives informative talks, highly illustrated with the fruits of taking his lens up, close and personal to his furry and winged subjects.

Nick is coming to share his passion with us next week at our Monday Meeting, with a talk entitled “Secret Wildlife of My Garden”. Come and join us and enjoy his fabulous photos at 7.30pm on 20th June in the Village Hall. All welcome.

Have your say on a national mental health plan

The Department of Health and Social Care would like you to have your say on a new 10-year mental health plan for England.

The government wants to ensure the new plan responds to the public’s priorities and sets out what we can all do as a whole society to drive better outcomes. We all have mental health, and all have a part to play in changing things for the better.

They need people from all backgrounds, those with lived experience of mental ill health and health professionals to respond.
