Boxing Day Walk

The traditional post-Christmas walk takes place again this year, so why not stretch your legs on a gentle 3 mile walk with mulled wine and mince pies at the end – as if you needed more to eat!
Starts from the Guild House prompt at 11am – ALL welcome, so bring the family & guests. No dogs please, they struggle with the stiles and fall in the canal. Weather guaranteed; I don’t know what it’ll be, but there will be weather! The walk takes place anyway.
What a day for a walk in the country. Sunshine, good company and mulled wine and mince pies at the end, what more could we have asked? A good crowd of about 80 met to enjoy some (very) fresh air and walk off a little of the Christmas excess in the traditional Boxing Day walk.
