Lockdown Easing?

With the possibility of some easing in the lockdown guidance over the next week or so, it’s good that we recognise the enormous efforts made by people throughout the area to help neighbours to survive and thrive in this difficult period. Whether it’s local shops providing delivery services or ‘click & collect’, the street volunteers organised through the B93 Coronovirus Community Support Group on Facebook; neighbours shopping and collecting prescriptions; the volunteers at the pharmacies with their sanitising gel; people ringing up the housebound, etc, etc, they have all contributed to keeping the community going.  Not of course forgetting all the medics, support staff and other essential workers who’ve kept the lighhts on and food available and everything else we don’t normally notice.
