Airport Consultation

We have received notification of a public consultation about proposed flight path changes at Birmingham Airport and believe that this will be of interest to our members. This will be held in the Village Hall:

Public consultation

In order to make use of the extended runway, Birmingham Airport is consulting on two Airspace Change Proposals. The first is regarding the proposed new arrival procedures for aircraft landing onto runway 33 i.e. landing from the South) and the second concerns the proposed new departure procedures for aircraft taking off from runway 15, – i.e. towards the South.

These proposed new procedures are the subject
of public consultation.

To supplement the public consultation information, we are holding a series of ‘roadshows’ and will be visiting your area as below:
