Introduction to the change to a Company Limited by Guarantee

In 2005 The Knowle Society went through the process of incorporation as a company limited by guarantee.

At the EGM on 6th June 2005 a Resolution was put to the members for approval and duly received that approval.

The Memorandum and Articles set out the legal basis for the new company:

The Memorandum and Articles were ratified unanimously by the membership at a Special General Meeting on Monday 19th September 2005.
