TALK ON OUR LOCAL RAILWAYS

Monday 20 January 2020 at 8pm in the Village Hall

With a long career in senior rail industry roles behind him, embracing many aspects of developing the rail network and keeping it running, not to mention an in depth knowledge of our local West Midlands rail network, charted engineer  and fellow Knowle Society member, Ian Kay, is certain to give us an informative and insightful talk on the topic of our ‘Local Railways’ as our Guest Speaker for our January meeting.

 All are welcome.

CHRISTMAS GREETINGS FROM THE KNOWLE SOCIETY

On behalf of the Society, I wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

BOXING DAY WALK

The traditional walk on Boxing Day morning will take place again this year on Dec 26th!  It starts at 11am from the Guild House and will call in at Hall Farm Court on the Kenilworth Road for Mulled Wine and mince pies (with alternatives for those who wish).
Everyone is very welcome, so bring your families and friends.  It’s a good way of walking off some of the excesses of Christmas Day and getting some fresh air.
